Tim Stevens is a qualified Urban and Regional Planner with experience spanning across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. He launched AUREOUS with his brother Kevin Stevens in 2023. He has worked in both the public and private sector since 2009.

Civil Engineering - Kevin Stevens
Kevin is a qualified Civil Engineer who graduated from RMIT in 2022, joining his brother at AUREOUS in early 2023.
He takes the lead in civil infrastructure design, development feasibility for land subdivision projects, infrastructure servicing investigations and reports, development cost estimates, project management, tenders and construction supervision.
